With over 30 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and construction industry, we are able to provide a cohesive set of services that fits into any phase of a project. Our drafting and design services utilize the latest AutoDesk software to create brilliant 2D and 3D drawings for architectural and mechanical disciplines.

The maintenance team is able to service or repair most light residential and commercial needs. Providing regularly scheduled maintenance plans is also a benefit for those not wishing to keep up with the regular chores of maintaining a home or commercial space.

Uniquetive Specialties also provides light construction services to those customers that need an extra hand for that DIY project that was a little more stubborn than anticipated. As part of our construction services, we also provide Owners Representative and Project Management expertise for those large projects that require constant supervision while trades are performing their work.
